Pretreatment method of rust on high temperature bearing surface:

1. Surface cleaning: Cleaning must combine the nature of the surface of the high temperature bearing with the conditions at that time. The commonly used methods are solvent cleaning, mechanical cleaning and chemical treatment cleaning.

2. After the surface is dry and clean, it can be dried by filtering dry compressed air. Or use a drier to dry at a temperature of 120 ~ 170 ℃, and finally wipe it with a clean gauze.
